About Julia Youngs

As a Senior Director of Social Impact Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Alithi Management Consulting, I support high-impact organizations like Microsoft and more in scaling their social impact and entrepreneurship programming. Currently I work as a Program Manager for Microsoft's Entrepreneurship for Positive Impact team where I support over 1500 companies in 93 countries who are all using digital tools like #GenAI to create broader impact on our UN Sustainable Development goals. With over 10 years of experience in program management, research, and partnership building, I excel at helping organizations scale their social impact mission and harmonize business growth with community and constituent needs. I am also a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford, where my research focuses on the intersection of borders, immigration, and nonprofit advocacy in New Mexico. I excel at public speaking and storytelling, and I speak Spanish and Portuguese. I have a background in theatrical stage management and community arts organizing, which enhances my creativity and collaboration skills. Throughout my career I have established a reputation as someone who succeeds in building trust between disparate stakeholders and I excel working in cross-cultural environments.
