I’m a bilingual ( Mandarin and English) project manager with a comprehensive background coordinating activities and managing resources to meet crucial project objectives. Over the past eight years, I’ve done extensive work supervising day-to-day tasks and deliverables for a variety of electrical engineering projects for European and North American manufactures, conducting project management and technical updates content writing and training, coordinating the software updates projects with IT department. With a work history that has seen tremendous success in managing the execution and timely completion of large-scale collaborative undertakings, I am confident that I can replicate the same degree of success in the following endeavors: • Formulating project specifications such as cost, time, and budget requirements. • Integrating continuous improvement concepts and techniques within operational processes. • Communicating project status and results to clients through regular correspondence and preparation of detailed reports. • Conducting the identification and management of risks and issues throughout the project life cycle.
