My background also includes practical technical skills gained through IT service management and research roles. I have direct experience improving clinical workflows, notably leading an EMR migration (Pracsuite) which involved process mapping, requirements analysis, and user training. I have also evaluated emerging technologies like AI scribes within a clinical setting, managed clinical trial data using REDCap, and analysed diverse client business needs (including healthcare) during my time leading an IT Service Desk team.
