With over 16 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven professional with a mission to create better futures for individuals and organisations through enterprise and innovation. I have a strong background in marketing communications, new business development, and vendor relations, and I leverage these skills to build strategic partnerships and deliver impactful solutions. As a Business Development and Strategic Planning professional at Coventry University, I am part of a team that enables business and society to benefit from the teaching, research, and expertise of the University Group. Prior to joining Coventry University, I was the Client Business Lead and UK Country Manager at MobileJourney, a digital marketing platform that helps brands connect with their customers through personalised and engaging journeys. In this role, I was responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing the UK operations. I also applied my marketing expertise to design and execute effective campaigns that increased customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Additionally, I am an Advisory Board Member at Be Inclusive Hospitality, a not-for-profit organisation that aims to accelerate equity within hospitality, food and drink. I support the organisation's professional development, education, and collaboration initiatives, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the board.
