As a senior Investment Platform subject matter expert in respect of all Banking, Reconciliation, Control, Brokerage and Operational activities (incl CASS regulated activities) undertaken by the teams in UK and India; I represent the group at various senior level committee’s and forums, working to find pragmatic and effective solutions to project challenges and requirements. • Supported by SME’s from the underlying teams, I review and comment on various documentation and process designs provided both by our 3rd party supplier and internally within Fidelity, influencing the outcome of debated design issues. • Ensure regulatory requirements are clearly understood and that the complexities resulting from the use of multiple systems, client migration activities, new products and services are catered for in the end solution. • Undertake detailed review of all Investment Platform development Scope and Solution documentation ensuring the group requirements are accurately captured and that appropriate solutions are provided across our ISA, JISA, GIA, SIPP, Cash and Brokerage products. • Identify opportunities for process change that will enhance the customer experience and our process efficiency. • Identify and highlight areas of risk, particularly where a revised proposition or process creates or increases the current risk profile. • Identify innovative and pragmatic solutions including intelligent automation to project issues and challenges; be they as a result of system functionality or propositional change. • Act as a key referral point for other project participants and capability teams to escalate concerns and queries. • Engage with the various Workstream project leads to ensure workshops and reviews are scheduled to facilitate attendance by required individuals across teams in UK and India.
