About Julian Hellweger

I come originally from the field of tourism, because my parents own a small hotel in Southtyrol. During my schooltime I made lot of experience in different jobs and departments of tourism in different hotels, from service to reception. Therefore I decided to begin the bachelors degree in tourism & leisure studies at the MCI in Innsbruck. During my studies I was always involved in different marketing and management tasks in the hotel of my parents and was a trainee of IDM, the destination marketing association of Southtyrol. There I was responsible for different tasks in the field of Online Marketing. Through my studies and especially my last semester in the bachelor degree, which I spent in a university in nothern Thailand, I became aware that my interests switched more to finance, strategic management, product developement and entrepreneurship. After I finished my bachelor degree I decided to continue with the MCI and the master degree of Entreprenuership & Tourism. For my future I want to make experience and work in the fields mentioned above or to found a start up, where I can apply all the theoretical and practical knowledge, which I made over the years.
