With over eight years of experience in interior design project management, I am passionate about creating and delivering stunning and functional spaces for clients. My core competencies include budgeting, planning, communication, and design, and I have a keen eye for detail, style, and quality. I am currently a Project Manager at Igne Ferro, a leading company in custom design and build architectural metalwork, where I work alongside the creative director and finance team to manage multiple projects from initial design development to completion. In my role at Igne Ferro, I am responsible for scheduling, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating various projects according to specifications and budget. I also build and maintain solid relationships with clients and consultants, and lead client management and consultants coordination throughout the project to determine architectural preference and meet overall design goals. Additionally, I prepare and submit construction budget estimates, outline and monitor project milestones, prepare budgets for equipment and material, and assign resources internally with attention to budgetary and schedule constraints. I use my skills in interior design, communication, and problem-solving to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of each project, exceeding client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
