So my advice to all of you (forget Coughlin's Law for a start!)- live each day happy (it's much easier to smile all day than frown!), know that you can shine brighter than you think, find love that gives you butterflies (found mine and 25+ years on she still gives me butterflies), travel and discover a place that takes your breath away (actually found a few places and assume there are more out there), always keep that sparkle in your eyes (that's really important - you smile with your eyes NOT your mouth), laugh everyday, find wonder in the smallest detail, swim in the sea at sunset and go paddle boarding (it really is fantastic), don't regret anything ever - it's all about the learning curve, walk in the rain until you are soaked -(guess what you'll dry), don't let fear stop you, find your dream and go for it, do something you are good at -(guess what you'll enjoy it a lot more), dance on a table, challenge yourself, be fiercely independent, have a bucket list, spend lots of time with your family, love yourself, be the feckin’ storm, be healthy, take a deep breath and let go, eat the second slice of chocolate cake, make lots and lots of love, wear flip flops (for those that know me they will get it but life's so much better), be nice (it really is nice to be nice), be thankful, be outstanding, be lionhearted but be nerdy as feck (the two really do go together), listen, smile and agree and then do whatever you were doing to do anyway - but most of all care less and LOVE LIFE."
