About Julian Pullings

Currently, I am an Experienced Consultant in the Health and Life Sciences practice at West Monroe Partners. I obtained an MBA with a focus in marketing/marketing analytics from the University of Dayton to enhance my knowledge and business acumen in order to become a transformational business leader. Additionally, I am a graduate of Xavier University. My degree is a BS in Health Services Administration with minors in Business and Psychology and a concentration in Information Systems Management. I am driven and highly motivated toward pursuing a career in healthcare. In addition to working in the administrative part of healthcare, I am also interested in public health, health policy, and psychology. I have collaborated with HCOs, pharmacists, RNs, and pediatricians. My previous work experience includes: Over 2 years as a Membership Accounting Specialist at Moda Health as a TPA for the Public Employees Retirement System, an Intern at Mercy Health in Diversity and Inclusion, and a licensed pharmacy technician at CVS Health for over 3 years. In addition to being driven and highly motivated, I am dedicated to going above and beyond what is expected of me and will work relentlessly until the project is completed. I possess strong leadership and communication skills that make me an outstanding team player. I am a great asset to any team and will work effectively with anyone in order to accomplish the organizations goals.
