About Julian Slobe

I am an enthusiastic and innovative primary educator who is highly motivated to work, together with colleagues, to ensure that the individual needs of all students are met in the most effective way. I am committed to developing strategies/programs that engage my students from diverse backgrounds and needs, integrating technology to enhance student outcomes. I use my extensive knowledge of the Australian Curriculum, combined with student achievement data, in order to deliver targeted educational programs. I eagerly tackle new challenges as they present, and am willing to take on new tasks to promote myself further as a teaching professional. I engage in comprehensive reflective practice, and in 2015 successfully achieved Level 3 Classroom Teacher status through the West Australian, Department of Education. I continually seek opportunities to assist, mentor and lead colleagues in my areas of strength to ensure their personal and professional success. I strive to continually develop myself as a passionate, highly skilled and effective educator who works collaboratively with all stakeholders in order to empower and develop my students in a way that will prepare them to thrive in their communities and achieve their aspirations.
