More than 29 years’ Experience in Banking especially in Domestic & International Banking Operations and IT Applications & Service Management. During 1994 – 2007 the most of carrier in Domestic and International Banking Operational environment. Year 2007 - 2017 the most of carrier in IT Applications & Service Management environment. Since 2018 till now a days in IT Infrastructure & Service Management environment Starting to be Bank Mandiri Merger Team and doing critical Domestic and International Banking consolidation from 4 Legacy Bank ( Bank Bumi Daya, Bank Dagang Negara, Bank Ekspor Impor and Bank Pembangunan Indonesia ) in Involved in creating Organization Structure, Tittle & Job Description, Grading, Manning, Standard Operations Procedure, Employees & Systems Colocation, SWIFT Code & Machine Consolidation, running daily operations with 4 legacy systems, creating new temporary system for having a stream line business process instead of 4 different business process. Continuing to elaborate Bank Mandiri to be growing up, join the core banking system team with specialist in Domestic & International Payment. Creating Straight Through Payment System planning, analysis, design, development, integration & testing, implementation and maintenance that follow SDLC methodology. The system created refers to best practice in United Stated Clearing House System starting from 2001 till 2003. The System created as end to end business process starting from branches to overseas and vice versa, from branches to Bank Indonesia and vice versa and from branch to branch. Year 2004 – 2006 creating modification of Straight Through Payment System that follow SDLC methodology to be implemented in Singapore Overseas Branch. The modification related to Monetary of Authority Singapore Regulations that mandatory request system to book in ACU & DBU, two accounting units of Banks in Singapore.
