Given my background, it's not surprising that I also have an interest in full-service, independent travel. I enjoy combining my knowledge of customer service, with my expertise in travel planning. What sets me apart from other travel advisors is my ability to listen to what my clients want. During my career I was taught by many different companies how to learn from others, ask the right questions, and decipher a problem. This enabled me to find the best solution for their respective customer service departments. These are the same skills I use in serving my travel clients. Clients need help figuring out where they want to travel, what they want to do, and how to go about putting it all together. They find that working with me gives them a personalized and customized trip to their chosen destination and a chance to experience the culture and explore the world. I create the roadmap; you enjoy the experience! Then I advise them and help them craft a trip tailored just for them and what they want to do, see, and experience. My goal is to have them return with memories that will last them a lifetime like mine have done for me. I specialize in the Caribbean because I love the water, the warm sun, and the amazing cultures. I have been to the USVI, Belize, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, to name just a few. They all have unique qualities that I want to be able to share with many other people. These are not destinations for all-inclusive resort lovers; they are locations explored and enjoyed by adventure seekers. Working with individuals, couples, and groups is what I love.
