At Mass General Brigham, I lead educational strategy across MGH and BWH Pathology departments, overseeing 120+ trainees and 12 fellowships. I established a unified education office across two Harvard teaching hospitals and led the post-merger operational integration. Previously, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, I served as Institutional Coordinator for the ACGME and administrative lead for 750+ trainees in over 100 programs, directing CMS reimbursement, policy, and budgeting.
