I currently leverage my expertise as an Executive Assistant, most recently supporting the Canadian President at Edelman Public and Government Affairs. In this role, I manage complex schedules, and provided support in a fast-paced, public-facing environment. Previously, I spent 8 years as Executive Assistant to the Director of National Pay Operations at the RCMP, where I played a key role in supporting federal operations, handling sensitive information, and navigating the complex government systems and protocols. My foundation in service excellence stems from a 17-year career at Air Canada, where I led customer service teams with a focus on empathy, efficiency, and problem solving skills. I am known for my discretion, adaptability, and ability to anticipate the needs of executive teams.
