I am an experienced Legal Secretary, and up until recently was specialising in Private Family Law at Wilson Browne Solicitors. I provided day to day secretarial and administrative support to the firm’s eight Family Fee Earners. Colleagues would describe me as an organised individual who is able to work well under pressure and adapt when necessary. I produce high quality work which is both accurate and produced promptly. The Team had confidence in allocating me with both urgent and complicated tasks, which I always approached diligently and methodically. I was often relied upon to train and provide ongoing support to less experienced members of the secretarial team thanks to my 6 years in the family law sector. Clients would describe me as an approachable first point of contact, who approaches every enquiry with the utmost compassion and empathy. I have confidence to speak to clients directly when required, and pride myself in my client service skills. While I consider myself a fantastic team player, I am equally able to use my own initiative when required, and have the confidence to lead the secretarial team when necessary. I am also solely responsible for managing the firm’s Mediation enquiries and bookings. I am an integral member of the Family Law Team at Wilson Browne Solicitors, who is passionate about providing the best service to both clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends, walking our dog Narla and spending time with family in Wales.
