As the Vice President Human Resources at PCS Software, a leading provider of transportation management software, I lead the strategic and operational aspects of human resources for over 250 employees across multiple locations. I have an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and over 15 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and account management, mostly in the energy and technology sectors. My core competencies include employee benefits design and administration, process improvement and change management, talent acquisition and retention, vendor and client relationship management, performance management and career planning, and compliance and risk management. I have successfully created and implemented HR policies and programs that align with the company's vision and values, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and support the growth and development of the workforce. I have also managed and worked with various off-shore and global recruiting teams and partners, as well as diverse and cross-functional internal teams, to source, attract, and hire top talent for complex and competitive projects.
