Currently working as lead maternal fetal cardiac sonographer at Inova Children's Cardiology. Oversee daily operations of a high volume pediatric echo lab. Involved in high-level projects with process improvement, project management within echo lab, and policy and procedure revisions for the Joint Commission, and IAC re-accreditation.
