My favorite quote is “At the end of the day people won’t remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.” I am a passionate, experienced Behavioral Health Clinician and Management Professional with a focus on utilizing strong clinical, counseling and leadership skills to obtain successful outcomes for clients and team members. My professional foundation is built upon both career experiences and educational experiences while working diligently with behavioral health and substance abuse populations that include children,adolescents and adults. I take pride in my extensive history in the Behavioral Health Care Industry and feel most proud when I know that I have impacted others. Throughout my career I have had the privilege of utilizing my clinical and counseling skills in inpatient hospital settings, educational settings and telephonic environments. I have a solid background in leadership, performing level of care clinical assessments, behavioral health insurance benefits, care management, patient engagement and crisis counseling.
