About Julie Harding

During my tenure at Home Instead Chelmsford, I have honed my networking and relationship-building skills, fostering strong connections with community organisations, other Home Instead officers and local community and charity groups. I played a pivotal role in supporting local groups for older people, particularly during challenging times such as during the lockdowns. Since 2008, I actively contributed to the success of community events, including Be a Santa, Key To Care and Home Instead Charity initiatives, by organising and managing various aspects. Additionally, I spearheaded efforts to establish a robust onboarding system to streamline the client onboarding process and improve lead conversion rates. My involvement in recruitment extended to candidate screening, event coordination, and providing ongoing support to the recruitment team. I also demonstrated strong presentation skills by delivering informative sessions on Senior Scam Awareness, recruitment strategies, and client services.
