My current role is Director Corporate Services at Wolverhampton Homes alongside which, I am Company Secretary. I am responsible for Governance, Board, Finance, Customer Experience, Customer Engagement, Strategy and Planning, EDI, Communications, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Systems and Facilities, Insight & data, Procurement and Health & Safety. Expertise in HR/OD; development of strategic and solution focused strategies, cultural transformation; leadership/talent management; governance and compliance and team/corporate performance. An effective combination of structured project management skills alongside a personal warmth and coaching approach, enabling the best from all individuals at all levels.
