I am passionate about coaching and training real estate and sales professionals, and I thrive on helping companies grow through effective marketing, personal branding, technology adoption, client relationship management, goal setting and accountability, and creating valuable networking opportunities. Summary: 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry, including 5 years in real estate sales and negotiations (license holder since 2016 and a licensed broker since 2020). Support and develop ~100 Real Estate professionals and their portfolios for Tampa, FL, and provide training to users on Compass – an end-to-end real estate software management system. Improved team engagement and doubled the attendance of in-person office events and trainings. Ranked in the top 10% of 250 agents for sales every month for the world’s largest real estate technology franchise (more than 1,100 offices and associates).
