You will see from my profile I have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant. I have a highly developed set of skills relevant to supporting Executives and Board members, in their challenging and demanding roles. Very capable of working independently. However I work extremely well with people at all levels within a company and with external contacts, based in the UK or overseas, by being approachable, professional and customer friendly. I am good at communicating information in writing and verbally. I am also very good at explaining what needs to be done with clarity. I have a positive can do attitude. I find it fulfilling to work on tasks and projects and see them through to completion. Very Proactive, I actually enjoy a challenge and solving problems. I am unfazed or stressed out by a challenge, or working on projects. Extremely well organised. I am tenacious, blended with a methodical approach and high level of attention to detail. If I ever have any gaps in knowledge, I am always willing to learn new procedures and new systems as required. Working as an Executive Assistant allows me to draw on the extensive skills I have acquired during my career, to help support Directors and pro-actively ensure the smooth running of their office, busy demanding workload, schedule of meetings, travel arrangements and provide project support. Specific project responsibilities in addition to full Executive Assistant requirements: Over my working career I have initiated and organised many Corporate Responsibility fundraising events for the donation of goods and money to various charities in the UK and overseas.
