About me Head of Product & Design in Berlin. I love transformation at heart—turning messy, manual work and scattered ideas into a clear strategic roadmap the team executes, resulting in products people love. Experience & scope 17 years in finance/tech, including 12+ years in product management. I bridge traditional banking and fintech, leading 0→1→scale across an internal SaaS (100+ users) and two mobile apps users). I align C-level stakeholders on a Now–Next–Later portfolio and ship with data-driven and RICE prioritization. How we operate Decisions are grounded in weekly user insights from the team, quarterly OKR reviews, and real-time dashboards. We design compliant, clear journeys and use AI to move faster—GPTs for product briefs and JIRA tickets, Figma Make for same-day design. Leading teams I lead 5 PMs and 3 Designers, focus on growth and retention, and run tailored 1:1s (Petra Wille’s Future Self).
