About Julie Labeyrie

Senior Project Manager with more than 8 years of experience delivering complex electrical, rail, and infrastructure projects across Australia, Europe, and Latin America. I combine an engineering background with project leadership, giving me the ability to bridge technical detail with big-picture delivery.I’ve managed multimillion-dollar programs from design through to commissioning, leading diverse teams, contractors, and clients across multiple sites and time zones. Recent work includes a $20M, 77-site level crossing upgrade across Western Australia and a $6M rail signalling project delivered end-to-end.What sets me apart is the ability to lead both technically and strategically. I understand drawings, site constraints, and system interfaces, but I also manage budgets, procurement, and people. I take a hands-on approach, staying close to what’s happening in the field while keeping an eye on risk, delivery, and quality. Before moving to Australia, I led telecommunications and electronics projects in France and Mexico, including subsidiary operations, ISO certification, and international client delivery. That experience taught me how to manage cultural complexity, competing priorities, and high-pressure environments.I’m passionate about leading teams through challenging projects where engineering, safety, and performance come together. My goal is simple: deliver great outcomes, build capable teams, and leave every project stronger than I found it.
