Hello, my name is Julie Lambert and I am Mohawk College Alumni from the Recreation Therapy program. I have loved this program and have gained a true passion for this field. I am passionate about helping others with their leisure-based needs and goals, to improve and maintain their physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and spiritual well-being. I am able to implement the skills that I have learned through my experiences at various Long-term care homes and through the Recreation Therapy program at Mohawk College. I am able to facilitate programs and adapt them to meet the specific needs of each client.
