About Julie Lim

With over 25 years of experience in capital markets trading and operations, I am a seasoned professional who leads the interest rate derivatives operations at WSFS Bank. I am responsible for managing all aspects of the IRD workflow, from client and trade onboarding, to swap-loan reconciliation, to exposure reporting, to collateral movements. I also service FX payments via SWIFT and oversee the Evergreen Letter of Credit product. In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to design and implement workflow and reconciliation tools using VBA and Power BI, to merge and integrate different processes, and to identify and capitalize on new opportunities and areas of improvement. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving efficiency and innovation in capital markets operations. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my insights and expertise with others.
