About Julie Schade

With over 20 years of experience across corporate operations, early childhood education, and nonprofit event management, I’ve built a career rooted in purpose, adaptability, and impact. I began my professional journey in the private sector as a Purchasing Manager for one of South Florida’s largest laminate distributors—honing my skills in procurement, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration over a decade in a high-paced environment. In 2009, I pivoted to early childhood education, inspired by a desire to support young learners and their families. Over 12 years, I advanced from preschool educator to Director of a full-service early learning program, leading teams, strengthening curriculum, and cultivating family partnerships that laid the groundwork for lifelong learning. Today, I bring that same heart and leadership to my work as an Events Manager in the nonprofit sector. I design and deliver mission-driven events that raise critical funds for child welfare programs—combining creativity, strategy, and a deep commitment to community impact. At every stage of my career, I’ve remained focused on building strong relationships, delivering results that matter, and finding meaning in the work I do.
