About Julie Smock

My main focus is to help others to the best of my ability while utilizing my skills and being an essential part of a "work family". For me, I either give things my all or I don't even try. That is true with every job that I have had, which makes me a passionate professional with 10 year of experience in HR. In the past, I have years of basic administrative positions, which paved the way for my entry into HR. I started my HR career with a well rounded administrative position with exposure to payroll and the first point of contact for all other HR issues. I began my time at GE in staffing and then moved into the operations and simplification side. I have lead projects and been an integral player on projects to make the global GE processes simpler and better for all involved. What an amazing feeling to know you are helping others throughout the globe. When I am not giving my career my all, you can find me serving within my church. I can also be found outside enjoying a walk, listening to some live music or catching some rays by the pool with friends or family. With all of that, I still find time to give a local organization a few hours of my time weekly feeding and assisting the homeless.
