About Julie Stuart

I am an executive and leadership coach with close to two decades of development experience. My mission is to bring out the best in others. My focus is to help professionals develop higher levels of self-awareness, increase their effectiveness, and create a bigger impact in their life and work. My background has a diverse and wide range of training and experience. As an Executive Coach, I support leaders by helping them to- live in alignment with their purpose and innate wisdom- gain clarity on their vision and goals- create new practices and form new habits that forward their growth and cultivate lasting change - connect with their creativity, and appreciate their uniqueness, so they can live with greater confidence and ease. My approach is grounded and practical. I offer real-life practices that help individuals cultivate leadership and executive presence. In addition, I design and facilitate workshops on the topics of embodied leadership, non-verbal communication, and powerful presentations. In my work, I integrate my diverse training and experience from integral, transformative, and somatic coach training and mindfulness practices.
