About Julie Valentin

I am an experienced buyer’s agent specializing in ‘bringing hearts to their homes', for the out of the area buyer. Starting with the first contact, the game is on to finding your dream home. We start by defining the features that you seek in your new Sedona Valley home and creating a personal on-line dream home portal for you. This allows you to keep connected and manage the flow of new homes coming to market with real time updates in availability and price changes, unlike most web search engines whose data is often out dated. This initial step assist you, the buyer, in getting a sense for value, style, and the Sedona area that you are most attracted to so you are well prepared to make a decision when your dream house becomes available. Once your dream home is selected, I assist you in every step from financing contacts, negotiations, inspections, professional contacts for contractors, etc as needed to complete the transaction through to a successful close. I have an almost perfect close rate due to the work we do together in finding you the right home, and successful follow through in inspections and negotiations needed to the close of escrow on your home. The credentials: I am an Accredited Buyer Representative that is here to serve all your real estate needs. I have a strong business background in Finance with extensive training in the area of short sales which also lends itself to a greater understanding of the foreclosure market we are in today. It is one of my greatest passions to be able to guide clients to their homes and suggest that we are in one of the most exciting housing markets we have seen in years.
