julieyock@gmail.com | Julie Yock is a results-oriented communication professional, who has a proven track record for successful project management of simultaneous projects under tight deadlines. Her areas of focus include communication on both the strategic and tactical level via all types of media (online and traditional), event management for fundraisers and meetings, and mobilization of hundreds of volunteers across nine counties in northern Illinois. For sixteen years, Julie worked for U.S. Representative Donald A. Manzullo (IL-16). Between 1996 and 2010, she served as his Campaign Manager and was responsible for all aspects of a $1.3 million biennial federal campaign for Congress, producing seven electoral victories. In 2010, Rep. Manzullo asked Julie to join his congressional staff, where her primary responsibility included expanding his online communication and social media efforts for his Congressional office and the House Manufacturing Caucus. In 2013, Julie moved to the health care field as Senior Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Rockford Health System. After the system merged with Mercy Health System, she helped manage the transition to the new Mercyhealth brand for Legacy Rockford. Wanting to explore more opportunities within the marketing field, Julie accepted the Webmaster position in January 2018.
