I have always been eager to manage new projects and various people in hard projects or expanding organizations. I have always been generous to share and communicate around me my knowledge and experience especially with a team mind set. I am particularly motivated in reaching goals set by my management, respecting all the required criteria for success. I know that my speciality is to face new and difficult targets or projects and to create, manage and drive a team to reach the success fast and in confidence. Managing product, I've learned the business & sales support and customers driving needs and consumer insights to be shared among a pluridisciplinary product team to mix skills, knowledge and point of view. I'm more than ever impatient to work on fast growing organisation and market as I see the world changing fast now. Not only IT is changing now but each segment of business & work organisation will be disrupted and impacted if they don't change fast and accept the focus on fresh targets instead to defend their past success. Research is more than ever important and status quo hard to maintain and the organisation & their companies are globally or on a global market with lost of multi cultural context & communication channels. People are always the criteria to reach hard targets. And finally, it's good to know what is working, but I'll always be frank and factual to enable to change.
