Background

About Julien Langlet

I am a procurement leader with over 18 years of experience in banking, health insurance, telecommunications, and IT sectors. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, as well as certifications in lean six sigma, design thinking, and project management. Currently, I am a Senior Manager, Contract Management at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where I oversee the contract lifecycle management process for the entire organisation. My passion is to build and lead high-performing teams and processes that deliver value, innovation, and sustainability to the business and its customers. I have successfully developed and implemented major strategy, change, and procurement programs, such as the sustainability program that significantly reduced the bank's carbon footprint. I also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, which enables me to turn complex data into meaningful insights and actions. I am motivated and energised by working collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve shared outcomes.
