I am particularly interested in host-virus interactions, oncology, innate/adaptive immunity, genetic control of immune response, and vaccine development (22 articles: 10 1st, 5 2nd and 1 last author, 9 patents filed, 2 declarations of invention) I am a project leader R&D in Immunology, Oncology and Virology with expertise in identification of MOA, validation of therapeutic target and development of therapeutic tools. My previous position in Diaccurate was project leader of programs to develop new treatments of HIV and Cancer. I worked in Diaccurate for > 8.5 years (2014-2023) first as researcher then project leader for > 4.5 years I am used to managing projects and establishing collaborations with experts to accelerate projects advancement. For example, during the >8.5 years in Diaccurate, I have supervised 8 people internally to characterize the MOA of CD4 T cells inhibition by PLA2G1B and I coordinated the work of more than 20 CROs and external experts (national and international) which has made it possible to develop antibodies with therapeutic potential. I also followed the Life Sciences Leadership School (LSLEAD) drug development and project manager training The five major events during my careers are: 1/Validation of Phospholipase A2 Group IB (PLA2G1B) as therapeutic target in HIV-infected patients and as potential therapeutic target in pancreatic cancer patients -> 2 articles (1 in J Clin Invest 2020, co-first author), 6 patents issued, development of mAbs with therapeutic potential 2/POC of the genetic control of immune response to IAV infection in vivo (mouse model) and of the innate immune response to viruses (with IAV as virus model) and bacteria in humans -> 6 articles including 1 in Cell 2016 (co-first author) 3/Identification of MAVS C79F as the first genetic marker of a subset of African American patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with a novel sub-phenotype (low type I IFN response and absence of anti-RNA-binding protein Ab)-> first place, Best Poster Award (McGill University), 1 article in EMBO Mol Med 2011 (first author), 1 invention declaration 4/Characterization of the MOA of activation of the innate immune (antiviral, inflammatory and inflammasome) response to IAV infection in lung epithelial cells (ex vivo and in vivo in mouse model)-> 6 articles (3 first author, 2 second author, 1 last author), 1 patent issued, 1 invention declaration 5/POC of the inhibition of antitumor immune response by endogenous retrovirus expressed in tumor cells in vivo -> 3 articles (2 first author, 1 second author), 1 patent issued
