Engineer with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ESSEC Business School), I have been working for Michelin since 2001, mainly in Logistics Engineering / Project leadership. I have especially been in charge of an “in-house” TMS deployment for Raw Materials and Semi-Finished goods; and have also held positions leading performance management and logistics improvement (for semi-finished goods and specialty tires, which includes Off Highway, Aircraft and 2 Wheel). I have designed, built and deployed a WW S & OP process for R&D Michelin resources. Since September 2016, I have been in charge of WW Logistics Engineering (Transportation and Warehouse processes and tools) for the Michelin Group- designing new and innovative solutions (IoT, BlockChain…) to address Michelin customers’ current & future needs - managing & deploying projects (Track & Trace, CSR…) to support Michelin’s strategy - supporting operational teams and operational excellence, for Logistics Execution and Transportation Planning (WMS, TMS)”
