About Julien Rivet

Project facilitator and commercial lawyer, I support growing brands with their structuring, negotiation, and dispute resolution challenges, both in France and internationally. A member of the Paris Bar for over 25 years, I founded the firm ALLIUM to provide strategic, operational, and legal guidance. My work focuses on three main areas: • contractual structuring (distribution, franchise, license, agency, supply, partnerships…) • management of complex disputes, both in advisory and litigation contexts • commercial mediation, as a certified mediator (CMAP & CEDR) I work alongside legal departments and executive teams to lead or secure high-stakes projects: international expansion, network reorganization, redefinition of partnerships. At every stage, I leverage the appropriate tools to turn points of friction into controlled trajectories. My clients are primarily from the fashion, retail, eyewear, food service, and hospitality sectors. My role goes beyond legal analysis: I stay involved over time to structure, advance, and deliver. I act as a facilitator, capable of unlocking sensitive situations and driving projects through to completion. Fluent in both French and English, I frequently operate in cross-border environments.
