For five years (2005-2010), I developed manufacturing organization skills, based on Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (APQP) methods and redesigned workshop facilities at the A380, A400M and A350 ramp up programs as a Project Manager. I have managed a functional team to identify a right balancing process, machine capacities, flow line implementations and workforce organization to design full production lines that have reached their target rate. Next 5 years (2010-2015), I have developed Manufacturing Engineering experiences as a Team Manager. Together as a team we have deployed a new “End To End” process consisting of connecting the concession curative process with the quality corrective process. This allows us to simplify the quality process, reduce interfaces and therefore concession lead time (60% reduction from 2011 to 2013). Furthermore, my team and I have treated strong technical issues on the ATR, A380, A400M and A350 programs for structural carbon parts by applying Practical Problem Solving and Kepner-Tregoe methodologies that reduced by 35 % the A380 & A400M program’s concession volume from 2011 to 2013. We were also in charge of preparing the “Transfer Of Work” of ATR Wings by producing the Last Article Inspection deliverables for AIRBUS and supporting the subcontractor until the First Article Inspection. Since 2015, I am involved in A400M program Team in Spain, I have developed for two years, transnational competences in the Supply chain & Procurement of Equipment at program level and have worked as product manager for French Army customer. Since 2 years, I support the A400M Fleet Availability improvement, as End to End Maturity leader with a Multi Functional Team composed mainly of Engineering, Program development, Procurement, Customer Service and Supplier/sub-tiers actors in order to provide as soon as we can and in Right First Time condition, the Fix needed to the Aircraft operator.
