Freelance writer/researcher with extensive fact-checking and copy-editing experience for regional newspapers, national magazines, books, and a variety of specialized projects. Ability to synthesize experts’ opinions, in disparate fields, into readable and understandable general-interest articles. Detail-oriented, used to working on deadline, and ferreting out information. Alongside my work in publishing, I have been a voice teacher and vocal coach, both privately and at the Rockland Conservatory of Music, for over twenty years. I have been able to pass on to my students valuable lessons learned - both from exceptional teachers/coaches - and from my experiences on- and off- Broadway, and in venues in England and America.
