I am a self-motivated, result focused supply chain professional with contracting, projects, purchasing, B2P, leadership, and commercial experience. 10+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment applying winning supply chain strategies and processes, multitasking to support multiple projects simultaneously. With expert and detailed knowledge preparing/managing various strategic agreements, internal/external stakeholders, and negotiation. Experienced in supporting the commercial, operations and project teams for seamless execution. As a Site Sourcing Leader for Baker Hughes Subsea Services, I drove and delivered multiple projects using my procurement knowledge, business management and leadership skills; focused on achieving business and projects targets and margin expansion while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Currently, as an EPC Sourcing Lead, I drive and coordinate sourcing activities for Baker Hughes' Subsea Projects & Services EPC projects globally. Working as an interface to ensure seamless interaction between Engineering, Project and Sourcing teams, with a focus on managing challenges/risks in EPC sourcing, Project timelines and driving savings. I have worked as an individual contributor, a team member and a team leader. A case of cyberattack on a company we work with got me interested in #cybersecurity. I am currently taking courses and would progress to achieve certifications.
