This year I excelled my KPIs by working with other agencies to rehouse a cuckooed tenant and assisted a mature isolated tenant into sheltered accommodation at her request. I successfully applied for a secondment to manage the verifications, safe viewings (during COVID restrictions) and undertook the tenancy agreement sign ups for a new build development in North London which included two fully adapted flats for disabled residents. I have ongoing management of the development. This has increased my interest in all aspects of new homes and development in social and private housing. Prior to working in housing I was employed as a Contracts Officer in the NHS. For some years in addition to my primary employment I have worked on the administration of elections for a number of local borough councils; Wandsworth, Tower Hamlets and Hammersmith and Fulham. I would like to move on from the role of tenancy management housing officer to take on different challenges and use my transferable skills in another area of business.
