With over 20 years of work experience in the engineering and legal fields, I am the General Manager at Smartrise Engineering, Inc, a company that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing elevator control systems. I have a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, and a certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University. I also have skills in team building, contract negotiation, and strategic planning, which I have applied to my previous roles as the General Counsel/CHRO and the Owner of a civil litigation firm. As the General Manager, I oversee the operations, finances, human resources, sales and marketing of Smartrise, and work to set and achieve the company's vision, mission, and goals. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions to our customers, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our employees. I am always eager to learn new things, and embrace challenges and opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
