About Julio Arrioja

As a program manager at HERE Technologies, I lead production teams for spatial data projects that enable location-based services and solutions. With over five years of experience in this role, I have developed a strong expertise in spatial data production, quality, and delivery, as well as the tools and technologies that support them. I am also a certified agile coach and a passionate advocate for process improvement, risk management, transition management, automation, lean, and six sigma methodologies. I coach and mentor teams and stakeholders on how to apply these approaches to reduce waste, optimize cycle time, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, I oversee change management, configuration management, monitoring, and scripting activities for 24/7 operations. My mission is to drive continuous improvement and innovation and deliver value to our clients and partners.
