I value truth and kindness above all. I firmly believe that if people would just be clear in their communications by speaking with the utmost truth and all the kindness they can muster then a lot more can be achieved professionally and personally. Targets will be achieved and stronger, genuine relationships will be nurtured. In the pursuit of above, I see to it that I maintain high standards of integrity, practice empathy day in and day out by being altruistic along the way. I prefer 'relentless pursuit of excellence' over 'ruthlessness' for the sake of 'expansion and profit'. I prefer perfection in my work rather than bringing others down to make myself look better. And I genuinely don't feel jealousy. I'm comfortable with who I'm and I'm confident in my abilities. I like to have warm, genuine, kind conversations. I respect pride but am against ego. If you do great work, you will certainly have my respect and I will celebrate your pride. I respect people for who they are and not for their titles. I'm not comfortable with confrontations. I fail to be assertive even when someone passes an unfair comment or takes undue advantage of my dignified silence and steals credit. I then retire to the good work I did and be happy in the impact I had while turning a blind eye to the unfairness. Causes close to me: Equality, Education, Sanitation, Sustainability - through these I wish to help people heal themselves and make better decisions.
