About Julissa Jauregui

Since joining the workforce in high school, I have continued to develop my customer service and communication abilities in all aspects of my life. I am recognized by previous and current employees, peers, mangers, and mentors to be a dedicated, loyal, high performing, organized, team oriented employee, who supports the goals and objectives of the organization.I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from California State University, East Bay in which I thrived in learning about communication styles, techniques, and truly "people." This interest lead me directly to the people operations business, human resources. In my past few months, I've grown an extensive knowledge bank and love for human resources as a whole from the recruitment process, to interviewing candidates, onboarding employees, training new/rehires, scheduling, payroll processing, terminating employees, and administrative and organizational tasks that come along with it.I am continuing my growth and expanding my knowledge of industry practices everyday at my current employer, Connected Cannibas Co. Through mistakes, asking questions, learning lessons, guidance, advice, and exploring systems, I'm continuing my path in Human Resources and expanding my knowledge and love for the industry constantly.
