My field of work is best described as a Triga, the three-horse chariot, drawn by the joint power of both Technology, Processes and People. Like Achilles' chariot in the Greek poem Iliad, they are two immortal horses led by the mortal unyoked trace horse. In my daily work I combine my knowledge of software engineering in various domains, agile frameworks with my personality to accelerate myself and the teams around me into achieving our goals and get the best out of each member of the team. I am a natural motivator and believe it is important to find inspiration in both a common team and corporate vision. I have a great interest in team dynamics and coaching to boost team brainpower, empowerment and effectiveness. I am a generalist with the skills to adapt and evolve new technology with a passion for innovation. At this point, I hope I have managed to catch you on to my enthusiasm and to spark your interest.
