As a US Marine and Government Contractor, Mr. McDonald has been a manager and leader of over 52 individuals for over 4 years continuously and oversaw, but not limited to, company logistics, team building, and specific job training skills. He coordinated cross-functional training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improving overall team performance. Mr McDonald also promoted teamwork and morale through mentorship, contributing to a cohesive unit that exceeded operational goals. As a youth minister and mentor Mr. McDonald mentored youth, fostering a nurturing environment that encouraged spiritual growth and enhanced social skills through collaborative activities. Mr McDonald also designed bible study curriculum focusing on prayer techniques, leading to substantial improvements in students' understanding of spiritual relationships. was responsible for individual and family counselling, and observing, coaching, and performance evaluation.
