About Julius Sammann

I had the privilege of learning commercial fundamentals from three of the world’s most successful fast-moving consumer goods companies: MARS, KRAFTFOODS, and KELLOGG. Leveraging this experience, I transitioned from the corporate world to the startup ecosystem, where I pragmatically applied my skills at FOODSPRING. Today I work in the exciting pet food industry building one of the fasted growing pet food companies globally. My business passion lies in using my commercial expertise combined with data-backed market insights to help smaller companies scale in a sustainable and profitable manner. I firmly believe that success in any business environment begins and ends with people. Over time, I have honed my ability to identify strong talent and foster their growth. In 2015, I enhanced my leadership capabilities by earning a degree in systemic coaching. Since then, I have successfully led numerous growth initiatives and organizational restructures. Designing the most efficient setups - including organizational design, talent management, and processes - for market success is a key strength of mine.As a continuous learner, I am inspired by exceptional individuals both within and outside the industry. Please feel free to contact me if my experience and approach resonate with you.
