I led provider onboarding and contributed to key projects such as Hill-Rom Nurse Call and Mindrawy Telemetry System implementations. My background combines technical skills (Python, Java, Active Directory, Azure, Linux/macOS) with a passion for user support, training, and process improvement. In my academic life, I've led student initiatives as student body president, taught coding to new learners, and have been recognized nationally for my civic leadership and commitment to STEM.
