About July de Leon

With over 18 years in human resources across diverse industries and 5 years leading volunteer management at an international humanitarian organization, I’ve built my career around one core belief: people are at the heart of every successful organization. My journey has allowed me to develop deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion. I’ve had the privilege of designing and leading programs that don’t just recruit and retain talent, they inspire people to grow, contribute, and thrive in environments where they feel truly valued. In the past 5 years, I’ve also led the Volunteer Management team at the Singapore Red Cross, where I worked closely with program and volunteer managers to engage, coordinate, and support hundreds of volunteers. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see how structured support and people-centered leadership can transform passion into real community impact. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for empowering people and building communities whether through HR leadership or volunteer engagement. I believe that when we invest in people, we create lasting impact far beyond the workplace.
