About Jumar Puliran

I’ve been in the call center industry for 10 years. I started as a technical support consultant for one of the biggest clients of Sutherland, the AT & T. I was supporting the program for 18months until an opportunity came. Since I have a good performance, my supervisor recommended me to apply for the position of Real-Time Analyst in Workforce Management. I applied, got the position and that was the beginning of my career in WFM. Being a Real-Time Analyst I learned a lot of things like forecasting, scheduling, reporting, monitoring and many more. I have supported several programs such as AOL, 8x8, Hughes and Cox Communications, and other programs like Disney+ and ESPN. I have a background in using different kinds of tools for my real-time monitoring and reporting like Genesys, Zendesk, Bold360, Alvaria, and as well as Avaya CMS and NICE IEX. Being part of WFM also helps me develop my skills in MS Excel. I can organize data using INDEX MATCH, SUMIF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP and Pivot tables. My journey as Real-Time Analyst for 6 years was rewarded with another promotion. I got promoted to RTA-Associate Manager. This recent promotion helps me develop more of my attitude towards my job. I learned to be positive in every challenge and to be understanding and patient when some things don't go my way. I am also open to any career that I’m honored to be qualified. I’m willing to be trained and learn new things outside of my comfort zone. I believe that I can be one of your best assets in the company with all the learnings I got from my previous jobs.
